中国—欧盟投资贸易科技合作洽谈会(以下简称“欧洽会”)作为中国与欧盟国家间唯一国家级、国际化的高端经贸交流与合作的机制和平台,已走过二十余载辉煌历程,在促进中欧双边工商界经贸交流和投资合作方面发挥了巨大作用。在当前世界政治经济形势复杂多变、地缘政治及国际贸易摩擦日益加剧的形势下,进一步加强中欧经贸合作具有重要战略意义。我们诚挚邀请欧方相关机构和企业参加第十九届欧洽会。具体活动信息如下:

二、活动简介
第十九届欧洽会的中欧双方企业的参会规模和规格,媒体关注和报道、活动内容丰富程度和B2B对接效果将在上届基础上有较大提升。具体活动信息如下:
1.高端对话:
开幕式及全体会议:邀请中欧双边政府代表、商协会领袖、500强企业高管、权威智库学者同台交流,围绕全球经贸新格局下的中欧合作展开深度对话。
主宾国/城市活动:邀请欧洲国家/城市以主宾身份全面深入参与本届欧洽会活动,举办一系列专题活动。
中欧贸促机构及商协会圆桌交流会(闭门):邀请中欧双边投促机构、商协会组织和智库就中欧彼此经贸关切开展坦诚交流。
“链接欧洲”投资推介会:为欧方政府机构提供招商引资平台,推介各自招商引资政策和需求,吸引并助力出海的中资企业更好在欧洲落户。
2.行业交流:围绕生物医药、新能源、农业食品、机器人、前沿技术、职业教育、商事法律服务等多个领域组织中欧机构和企业开展不少于7场专题交流,深度探讨行业细分领域合作机遇。
3.务实对接:
B2B对接洽谈:依托线上配对系统,会前完成供需双方的信息采集、定向邀请、智能配对分析和精准邀约,会期组织现场“一对一”洽谈,助力企业达成务实合作。
展览展示:在会场提供展览展示场地及展台设计搭建服务,可满足参会企业的产品和服务展示及品牌宣传需求。
产业园区及企业考察交流:围绕新能源、生物医药、农业食品、人工智能及前沿科技等领域组织参会企业赴产业园区和企业实地考察交流,考察路线不少于4条。
三、活动背景
欧洽会最初由欧盟委员会发起,并联合中国贸促会共同主办,旨在促进其成员国企业同中国企业进行贸易、投资和技术合作,2002年首次在中国举办,自2006年第二届起落户成都,迄今已成功举办18届,累计吸引1.3万多家中欧企业参会,组织专业B2B对接洽谈29,390余场次,达成合作意向及协议3,360多项。
四、上届回顾
中国国际商会与中国欧盟商会于2025年11月在成都成功举办了第十八届欧洽会。活动主题为“互信互通 共享共赢”,为期三天的大会包括了10余场分项活动,并重点聚焦生物医药、新能源、农业食品、机器人、数字技术等中欧经贸合作重点领域开展交流对接,线下参会人数超过1,000人,参会国别超过20个。来自16个国家的204家企业现场开展了257场次“一对一”配对洽谈,达成合作意向166项。
西班牙纳瓦拉自治区主席、瑞士达沃斯市副市长兼格劳宾登州州议会主席、克罗地亚驻华大使及德国、法国、意大利、西班牙、英国、波兰等欧洲国家驻华使领馆官员、投促机构及商协会代表等一批高规格欧方嘉宾,宁德时代、中兴通讯、亿纬锂能、巴斯夫、博世、圣戈班、思爱普、埃尼、阿斯利康、拜耳等众多中欧世界500强、知名企业高管赴蓉参会。中国驻欧盟使团团长蔡润专程为大会发来视频致辞。
新华社、总台央视、意大利安莎社、西班牙埃菲社等多家境内外主流媒体均对欧洽会活动进行了重点报道。外交部新闻发言人在其例行记者会上称,欧洽会是欧盟成员国参与最多、欧方企业参与最广、中欧交流规模最大的投资贸易和创新合作平台。

The Europe–China Business & Technology Cooperation Fair (hereinafter referred to as the “Europe-China Fair”), as the sole state-level, international high-end mechanism and platform for economic, trade and technological exchanges and cooperation between China and EU member states held in China, has enjoyed a glorious history of over two decades and has played a significant role in promoting economic, trade and investment cooperation between Chinese and European business communities. We are honored to invite you to participate in the 19th Europe-China Fair. Details are as follows:
I. Basic Information

Theme: Dialogue and Cooperation for Shared Benefits and Prosperity
Scale: Over 1,000 participants on site.
II. Main Activities
The scale and profile of participants, media attention and coverage, the richness of activities and the effectiveness of B2B matchmaking of the 19th Europe-China Fair are expected to be significantly enhanced compared to the previous session. Detailed information is as follows:
Industrial Park and Enterprise Visits: Organising no less than 4 visiting routes to industrial parks and enterprises in fields such as new energy, biomedicine, agri-food, AI and advanced technologies, etc..
III. Background
The Europe-China Fair was originally initiated by the European Commission and coorganized in China by CCPIT (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade) in 2002, aiming to promote trade, investment, and technology cooperation between EU and Chinese enterprises. Since the second edition in 2006, the Fair has been based in Chengdu ever since. To date, it has been successfully held for 18 editions, attracting over 13,000 Chinese and European enterprises, facilitating more than 29,390 professional B2B matchmaking sessions, and resulting in over 3,360 cooperation intentions and agreements. It has grown into the largest investment, trade and innovation cooperation platform, featuring the broadest participation from EU member states, the widest involvement of European enterprises, and the largest scale of Europe-China exchanges.
IV. Review of the Previous Session
The 18th Europe-China Fair was successfully held from November 19 to 21, 2025, in Chengdu. The three-day event featured more than 10 sub-events, with over 1,000 participants from more than 20 countries. A total of 204 companies from 16 countries engaged in 257 one-on-one matchmaking sessions, leading to 166 cooperation intentions.
Distinguished European guests included the President of the Government of Navarre (Spain), the Deputy Mayor of Davos and President of the Grand Council of Graubünden (Switzerland), the Ambassador of Croatia to China, as well as officials from embassies and consulates, investment promotion agencies, and business associations from European countries such as Germany, France, Italy, and Spain, etc.. Senior executives from numerous Fortune Global 500 companies and leading enterprises from both China and Europe attended the fair on site. Ambassador Cai Run, Head of the Mission of China to the EU, sent a video address specifically for the Fair.
The event received extensive media coverage from leading Chinese and international outlets. Xinhua News Agency, CCTV, ANSA (Italy), EFE (Spain), and other Chinese and foreign media reported on the grand opening and the significant economic and trade outcomes of the Fair. The spokeswoman for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted at a regular press briefing that the Fair is the largest investment, trade and innovation cooperation platform, featuring the broadest participation from EU member states, the widest involvement of European enterprises, and the largest scale of Europe-China exchanges.
V. Registration and Participation
(1) Fair participation and B2B matchmaking services are free of charge for European enterprises. European institutions and enterprises are welcome to register for free. The Fair may provide accommodation in Chengdu (during the event dates) for participant enterprises travelling from Europe.
(2) European institutions are welcome to organise roadshows or dedicated side events at the Fair platform. The Fair will offer preferential terms and necessary assistance regarding costs.
(3) For European business delegations travelling from abroad, the Fair can arrange additional business itineraries in China based on their specific needs (travel and related expenses to be borne by the participants), making their visit more rewarding and productive.
